AutoUpdate is a OCX that enables you to build into your applications the ability to check if a new version exists and offer to download that version. It also may even be used as a file downloader. AutoUpdate incorporates the following methods:-

GetOnlineVersion
GetVersionData

OnlineVersionNewer

For AutoUpdate to work you need to put a text file onto your web site so the control will know what versions of your applications are available and where to download them from.
